FROM BEN NAYLOR (at funeral) When I first started going to the pub it was always with my brother's friends. A lot of them made me feel conscious of the fact I was younger than them. Chris never did. He treated me as an equal, as a friend. Chris had an amazing sense of humour and a way with words. he could make the most banal things seem funny. He was highly intelligent and he had an enormous wealth of knowledge. I can't think of any friends that have taught me so much. There are so many things I'll miss about Chris; his infectious laugh, his sense of humour but mainly just him. I'm angry that Chris couldn't have a longer life and that I couldn't share more great memories with him but even now I feel I have enough to last me a lifetime. Chris might be gone but he's made an impression on my life that will last forever.
